UNITED AND STRONG

BY THOMAS GRECH

PRESIDENT & CEO

It’s hard to believe we are already in November with less than a month before the Thanksgiving holiday. Time seems to have charted a new course, especially this year. Yet, with all we’ve endured, one thing remains: we are united and strong.

Businesses are finding their footing and our community is adjusting to this new way of surviving and existing, all due to the New York spirit of never say die.

The Queens Chamber continues to be strong in it’s mission of being a beacon of light for all of those in the business community. Without a doubt, nearly every industry has faced dire challenges as they’ve sought to finds ways in which to sustain operations. Yet you’ve forged ahead.

This month, as usual, we’re offering several informative webinars designed to help your business sustain both externally and internally. “Employee Mental Health: Utilizing Alternative Methods to Manage Mental Health While Decreasing the Financial Impact on Small Business Owners” is one example of the kind of programming curated specifically for today’s environment.

It wouldn’t be November without the mention of holiday lights. Howard Beach will kick off festivities later this month extending through early 2021 to help get you and yours in the holiday mood.

Visit our website at queenschamber.org for all our upcoming events to educate and enlighten you with the hope of creating a more engaged spirit.

As the days and weeks wind down in 2020, remember we are still and will always be in this together. United and Queens strong! Words cannot express my gratitude for your continued support.

Until next month…
