Thank You for Your Service

BY THOMAS SANTUCCI

CHAIRMAN

With November upon us, our thoughts turn to the impending holiday season. However, before we reach that day of giving thanks, another federal holiday of importance takes place. On Veterans Day, we pause to honor those who served in the United States Armed Forces.

Since November 11, 1938, our country has set aside this day to pay tribute to veterans, recognizing the sacrifices they made on behalf of others. As a business owner, you’re well acquainted with sacrificing for the greater good. Long days, sleepless nights, and the weight of the organization all rest on your shoulders.

The Queens Chamber is and will always be your source of support as you navigate the turbulent waters associated with owning and operating a business. A couple of decades before the nation began honoring our military veterans, a group of individuals had the foresight to create an organization focused on advocacy, education, and networking. Today, you are direct beneficiaries of those efforts.

Don’t miss out on any opportunities designed to help your business grow and thrive. There are far too many to mention, but click of the mouse or a phone call will put you in direct contact with Chamber staff. Take a moment this Veterans Day and everyday to say “thank you for your service” to someone who sacrificed on your behalf A little bit of kindness goes a long way, and it will set you up for the season of giving thanks.

With that being said, thank you for your endless support of the Queens Chamber. We couldn’t do this without you.

Queens STRONG!
